To establish the size of the cat clothes you will need for your fur baby, you should have their weight, measurement of their neck and tummy circumference at their widest point, and the length from the neck to the base of their tail.

We are always happy to advise you if you are placing your first order and do not know which size to go for.  In the instance the size of the top does not quite fit we are always happy for you to get your top exchanged for a different size so long as the top is in its original condition with all tags attached.

SphynxFashion tops are handmade meaning sizes are approximate and can vary depending on the elasticity of different materials used in each garment.

All of the tops (except personalised) on the website are available to ship immediately from the UK.  We can also make bespoke tops/dresses to your requests so you can have your cat's name or even cattery name printed on a range of colours and fabrics.  Just let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to fulfil your desires.

RETURNS

Where items received are not the correct size or not up to your expectations SphynxFashion are more than happy to accept returns (Personalised items excluded) for an exchange or full refund of the original purchase price.  Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return any item.  Once the return is agreed we require you to return the item within 14 calendar days.  All returns must be sent in the original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.  Please include your name and order number inside the package.

All return postage and packaging charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service for your return as you remain responsible for the item until it is received back at our premises.
